Known for his unwavering spirit of service, Chris Preston has provided servant leadership domestically and abroad for over a decade. As a former council member in the Greater Houston area, Chris has positively impacted government and nonprofit organizations with an appreciation for civility, collaboration, and a tireless pursuit of fairness and equality.

Chris began his career in the “Access to Justice” community at the Southern Center for Human Rights, in Atlanta, GA. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College and a recipient of a Compton Mentor Fellowship. He prides himself on being a man of faith, hope, and family. Chris is a devoted husband and proud father of two sons.
